The Committee on Fighting Organized Crime and Corruption upholds the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Operative-Investigative Activity" (Regarding the Right for the Customs Bodies on Operative-Investigative Activity)

The Bill (Reg.№5478) envisages the inclusion to the defined by the law subdivision circle conducting operative-investigative activity, the subdivisions of customs bodies Department on Fighting Smuggling and Customs Rules Infringements, Services on Fighting Smuggling and Customs Rules Infringements.

The Committee has also upheld the Bill (Reg. No 5479) on amendments to the Criminal-Procedural Code of Ukraine (regarding the right for the customs bodies on pre-trial inquest in smuggling cases) that suggest the amendments to the articles 32, 102, 112 of the effective code.
